Terms and conditions.

  • All rates are in Thai baht, including VAT and service charges. The new prices quoted are active from 1st January 2026 to 31 December 2026. The hotel reserves the right to alter rates at any time without notice.

  • Upon arriving at Thongsala Pier, it is recommended to take a taxi to the hotel. The taxi stand is situated at the end of the pier. If you have difficulty finding a taxi or if the driver is unfamiliar with the hotel, please call the hotel at 077 374 317 or 081 801 8949.

  • Check-out is at 12:00 p.m., and check-in is at 2:00 p.m. Occupancy is limited to two guests per suite or room. All suites include a king–size bed, and rooms three and six offer a queen-size bed. An extra single bed can be added to any of the suites. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request.

  • All suites feature jacuzzi baths, except for room 3, the pool room, and room 6, the street view room, which do not have baths. The entrance to room 6 is accessible from the street.

  • During trading periods, an extra bed is available in all suite rooms for 500 baht per day. Single beds can accommodate adults and children aged 4 and older. However, adults and children are not allowed to share the main bed in the suite rooms.

  • All children are welcome at the hotel. Special arrangements are available for infants, and babysitters can be arranged for an hourly fee. Each suite or room can accommodate a maximum of two people plus one additional guest.

  • Aside from service animals, pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

  • A taxi service can be arranged to transfer guests to and from the half-moon and full-moon parties, as well as the Christmas and New Year events. Prices are available upon request.

  • Breakfast is available for two people at a price of 500 baht. A guest who requests an extra bed can enjoy breakfast for an additional 250 baht.

  • The hotel has been renovated, including the rooms and outdoor spaces. The top floor above the pool serves as an additional sun and relaxation area exclusively for adults.

  • When guests arrive at the hotel, they must present their vaccination certificates, or we will need to screen them for virus symptoms before allowing entry. Please check the “hotel information icon” for further COVID-19 details.

  • Motorbikes can be rented at the hotel reception.

  • If guests switch rooms, they will incur a charge of 200 baht in addition to the difference in the daily room rate.
